Lovexa Private Limited strives to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, if you wish to cancel an order, please note the following terms:

Order Cancellation Window:

Cancellations can only be requested within 48 hours (2 days) of placing the order.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Exceptions to Cancellation:

Orders for perishable items (such as flowers, food items, or other consumables) cannot be canceled once placed.

Digital products, personalized items, and made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation.

How to Request Cancellation:

Customers must contact our Customer Service Team via email or phone to initiate a cancellation request.

If approved, cancellation confirmation will be sent via email.

Products with Manufacturer Warranty:

If the product comes with a manufacturer warranty, any issues should be directly addressed with the manufacturer.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
